Ham and cheese quiche
For this ultra easy ham and cheese quiche recipe you’ll need 6 metal cooking forms and 5 minutes to chop and mix all the ingredients 🙂

Ingredients

  • 400 g butter pastry dough
  • 150 g ham
  • 250 g yellow cheese
  • 80 g cooking cream (35%)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp oregano

Instructions

  1. Chop into small pieces the ham and cheese.
  2. In a large enough bowl mix together the eggs, cream, ham, cheese and oregano.
  3. Cut large sheets of dough and place them in the cooking forms. Keep in mind the dough  has to be big enough to cover the forms including the walls. Poke a few holes in the dough using a fork.
  4. Fill the cooking forms the rest of the way with our cooking mixture.
  5. Cook in the oven at 180 C for about 30 minutes. You’ll notice the top starting to get slightly brown.
  6. Enjoy!
