Ingredients

  • 800 gr fresh pork ribs
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 3 tsp red pepper
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2-3 stems fresh rosemary
  • 2-3 stems thyme
  • 1/2 onion

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the ribs. Most of the time the ribs will have a very thin white membrane, get rid of it.
  2. In a bowl mix together all the spices, onion, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil and honey. Cover the ribs with the marinade and let them rest in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  3. Roast or bake in thin foil with the marinade for about 40 minutes. If baking in thin foil you need to open the foil in the last 10 minutes to get the crispy crust.
