Ham and cheese quiche
For this ultra easy ham and cheese quiche recipe you’ll need 6 metal cooking forms and 5 minutes to chop and mix all the ingredients 🙂

Ingredients
- 400 g butter pastry dough
- 150 g ham
- 250 g yellow cheese
- 80 g cooking cream (35%)
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp oregano
Instructions
- Chop into small pieces the ham and cheese.
- In a large enough bowl mix together the eggs, cream, ham, cheese and oregano.
- Cut large sheets of dough and place them in the cooking forms. Keep in mind the dough has to be big enough to cover the forms including the walls. Poke a few holes in the dough using a fork.
- Fill the cooking forms the rest of the way with our cooking mixture.
- Cook in the oven at 180 C for about 30 minutes. You’ll notice the top starting to get slightly brown.
